Characteristics: Wenge is a luxurious, attractive, heavy timber, suitable for any high class work. It has a deep brown to black grain with close black veins and alternating pale bands.

Traditional Uses: Flooring, joinery and general construction. Furniture, panelling and veneers.

Generation-4 Timber Top specification:
The Wenge grain is suitable for the Generation-4 finish.

The Generation-4 finish presents a dense but flexible, low maintainance finish which is waterproof, acid and heat resistant.
