Characteristics: The heartwood contains red/brown
to golden/brown colours in irregular pigmented streaks. The
sapwood (Pale Rimu) is a uniform pale brown.
Traditional uses: Flooring, bench-tops, built-in furniture
and high quality joinery and cabinetry.

Heart Rimu is a valuable and important part of the Generation-4

The Generation-4 finish presents
a dense but flexible, low maintainance finish, that is waterproof,
acid and heat resistant.
